These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Republic or Serbia and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic or Serbia courts.

Refund Policy (for Goods)
If you have problems getting our products to work, we are happy to provide you with a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
We do not offer exchange, we can refund you and you can purchase another our product.
Specific plugin refund policy. You can request a refund for a specific plugin only once. Multiple refunds for the same product are not allowed.
Licensing
All of our products adhere to the GPL license, just like WordPress. For updates and support related to our Premium products, please refer to the specific domain activation limits.
For the Unlimited Domain and Agency Activation License types, please note the following:
- Reselling/Redistribution Restrictions: You are not permitted to resell or redistribute the license keys.
- Client Projects: You can use the license keys for your client projects. In these projects, the end user must not be charged for the license key. It’s essential that DPlugins’ product remains a minor component of the overall development phase.
- Ownership: DPlugins holds exclusive rights to the license keys and their sale/distribution.
- Domain Quota: For the Unlimited Domain License type, you are allocated a quota of 199 domain activations. If you surpass this limit, DPlugins will assess the activated domains and may extend your quota for another 199 domains.
- License Misuse: If DPlugins determines that a customer is misusing the license keys by redistributing or reselling them, we reserve the right to cancel the license key. DPlugins retains the authority to revoke any license keys at its discretion.
