Before you create a new ticket, we ask you to double-check if the question was asked before. Reducing duplicating questions will save us time on support, give us more time to work on the features and you will not wait for our answer.
Support website is another WordPress installation. You will need to create a new account there since we are not syncing accounts.
Once you created a ticket it will be posted as a draft and you will not get any notification until we review it and publish it.
